Legacy bags. That's what we call the coffees we previously served. Coffee is a fruit, and therefore every harvest is different. This makes each coffee special to that one specific harvest season. All the coffees we select are carefully chosen for their unique qualities, but also for their story that is brought to life by the producers and their community.

As roasters, we would like to show our appreciation and respect for our producers by continuing to share their stories, along with the details of their extraordinary coffees which we were fortunate to have and now dearly miss.
