Founded in 2018, the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative was established to unite coffee farmers in Aceh, northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Driven by the vision of Asman Arianto to promote the production of specialty coffee farming and processing, the cooperative has won multiple Cup of Excellence with their coffee in recent years. Today, the cooperative works with 692 male and 208 female farmers, all united by their passion for coffee farming. Their shared commitment to producing exceptional coffee and embracing sustainable practices led to the production of this specific lot of natural processed coffee. You can expect fruity and juicy notes of strawberry and raspberry, and a sweet aftertaste of caramel.
