The Miranda Family runs their farm, Loma de Los Cedros, in the small town of Boquete in west Panama. The farm is located in the shadows of Volcán Barú, an active volcano and the tallest mountain in the country. The rich volcanic soil and the high altitude combined makes this farm ideal for harvesting quality specialty coffee. The farm is also a member of Cuatro Caminos Coffee Estates, an organization which oversees the operation of specialty coffee farms in Panama that are economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable. This natural processed coffee has a romantic aroma of roses, bright acidity of oranges, and the juiciness of red apples.
