He owns 23 hectares of land, 16 of which are dedicated to coffee production. The Garcia family has been cultivating coffee since 1970. From traditional varieties such as Typica and Catimor, as well as newer or rare varieties like Caturra, Pacamara, Gesha, Java and more. For all varieties, Wilder focuses on processing using conventional methods, but with an elevated edge such as adpoting new spacing systems and advanced pruning techniques (skeletal pruning) to increase yeilds for certain varieties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThe farm’s unique microclimate, combined with meticulously executed conventional processing methods, produces beans with exceptional flavor profiles. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThis lot of Bourbon was de-pulped, thoroughly washed to remove the mucilage, and then dried on raised beds for 10 to 18 days until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
